She was predeceased by: her husband William Tarter. She is survived by: her children, Robert Tarter (Judi), Elizabeth "Libby" Lansaw (William) and Sylvia Smith (Lin); and her siblings, Cheryl and Mitchell Van Metre. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
