He is survived by: his girlfriend Venita Swetnam of Morehead; his children, Heather Stacey, Crystal Howard Flynn (Tim Flynn) of Lexington and Bryan Stacey of Glasgow; and his sisters, Jeanette Appleton of Lexington and Ann Courtney of Georgetown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family.
