He is survived by: his wife Carol Bazeley; his children, Matthew Bazeley (Haley), Cierra Bazeley and Austin Bazeley; his grandchildren, Monroe Bazeley and Jethro Bazeley; his siblings, Thomas (Dominica), Fritz (Mary Jo), Steve (Cathy), Maureen Duwel (Jerry), Mike (Jean) and Terry (John Castaldi); and his brothers-in-law, Andy Lorenz (Lisa) and Ed Lorenz.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home (3155 Harrison Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45211). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 9:30 AM at 3172 South Rd..
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that memorial donations be made in Brian's memory to his great niece and nephew, Jude and Quinn Reinhart.
