He was predeceased by: his wife Florence. He is survived by: his brother C. G. "Kelly" Holthus of York; and his nephews, Gregg (Lisa) of Wyoming, OH, Jim (Deb) of Bonita Springs, FL and Doug (Lisa) of Dublin, OH.. He is also survived by grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
