He was predeceased by: his grandfather Otis Clemons; his uncle Michael O'Neil Clemons; and his grandparents, Marilyn and Robert Peetz. He is survived by: his parents, Otis Mitchell Clemons and Robin Lynnette Borgman; his children, Braylon Mitchell Glen Clemons, Colten Jaden Clemons and Silas William Hoy; his siblings, Chelsae Clemons, Brett McClure, Brandon Borgman and Gabrielle Borgman; his grandmother Diane Lynnette Thompson; his uncle Chris Peetz; and his aunts, Judy Thompson and Monica Lynnette Clemons. He is also survived by other cousins, friends and extended family.

Later in life he became a volunteer and an avid supporter of "The Butts Family Foundation.".
