It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carmel Elizabeth Wait (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on April 5, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Murphy and Barbara Murphy; her husband Fred Wait; her siblings, Joe Murphy, Paul Murphy, Tony Murphy (Louise), Marg Pflanz (Bill), Agnes Murphy and Ed Murphy (Theresa); and her close friends, Jack Rauen (Ginny), Pete Schooler (Mary Jane) and Art Ungerbuhler (Norma).

She is survived by: her daughters, Janice Jones (Kevin) and Bev Davis (Doug Hausfeld); her grandchildren, Brian Jones (Alix), Kyle Jones (Shelby), Emily Davis (Zach Brauning), Drew Davis, Emily McGowan (Ryan), Karley Allen (Maury) and Kayla Hausfeld (Ryan Bross); her great grandchildren, Tucker Jones, Maddison, Jaxen, Reagan, Brayden, Rori, Finley and Jovie; and her friends, Joanne Lyons and Hans Helmchen (Marianne).
