She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Blocksidge III; her brother David Stearns; and her sister-in-law Kathleen Moraghan. She is survived by: her sons, John Blocksidge (Heidi) and Andrew Blocksidge (Ari); her grandchildren, Abbey, Avery, Emma and Kellan Blocksidge; her brother Russ Stearns (Kathy); and her siblings-in-law, Jim Blocksidge (Donna), Hugh Blocksidge (Beth), Margaret Amberik and Barbara Daymon. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St John Fisher Church (3227 Church St, Cincinnati, OH 45244). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. John Fisher Church (3227 Church St, Cincinnati, OH 45244). A burial will be held on Wednesday, October 28th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (11000 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249).
