She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert "Bud" Howard and Dorothy Howard. She is survived by: her sister Jeannette Howard of Cincinnati.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Caroline's memory to the St. Anthony of Padua Maronite Catholic Church Gathering Space, a place that reflected her love for community.
