She is survived by: her sister Susan Welage; her daughters, Jennifer Jenkins (Todd) and Amy Spade Riblet (Brian); her grandchildren, Alexa Jenkins (Cody), Austin Jenkins (Lauren), Carlyn Spade and Ethan Spade; and her great grandchildren, Millie Titus, Beau Jenkins and Sunny Jenkins.
