She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew F. Brown and Katherine Hurst (Ball); her husband Jimmy J. Wheeler; her daughter Lisa Wheeler; her grandson Greyson Weber; and her siblings, Clarence "Red" Brown, Eloise Gilton (Brown), Paula Conley (Hurst) and Brenda Carmon (Brown).
She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Waller (Frank) of South Point and Jamisue Weber (Dan) of Columbus, Ohio; her grandchildren, Robert Wheeler (Susan) of Cincinnati, Ohio., J. R. Hall, Baily Wheeler, Jonah Wheeler and Aubrey Wheeler; and her great grandchild Cami Hall.
