He is survived by: his wife Betty Campbell; his children, Toni Campbell, Carpenter Campbell, III and Erick Campbell (Nicole) of Louisville, KY; and his sisters, Shirley and Carolyn Stevens. He is also survived by in-laws; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews.
