She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth McCracken (Dawn) and Aubrey McCracken. She is survived by: her children, Robert Hazel (Bob), Penny Hazel and Chantel Hazel Diaz; her grandchildren, Ariana (Austin), Devin, Catelyn, Ty, Danny (Patty), Charley (Alyssa) and Selena (Isaiah); her great grandchildren, Kylie, Tyger, Charlie, Nova, Elijah, Jaxxon and Stormee; and her siblings, Margaret (Jerry), Alfie (Bonnie), Helen, Tony (Diane) and Gloria.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Fares J. Radel Funeral Home (5950 Kellogg Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45230). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
