Celeste touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While Celeste’s presence will be missed, the influence she had on others will remain. Those who knew her will carry forward memories that reflect her character and spirit.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Peetz and Joseph Peetz; and her husband Otto H. Hermes. She is survived by: her daughter Theresa Stille (Rick); and her grandchildren, Elena and Jocelyn "Josie" Stille. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Ignatius Loyola Church (5222 N Bend Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45247). A prayer was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 11:40 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
