He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Douglas (Sandi), Charles Jr., Jennifer Miller (Scott) and Michael; his grandchildren, Samantha Black (David), Ethan Miller, Joshua, Grace and Deanna; his great grandchildren, Korrie Ann and Kevin; his niece Carol Byers (Edward); his siblings, Helen Owens (Phil), Tom (Shirley), MaryLou Sieben (late Doug) and Dorothy Roth (Bill); his sisters-in-law, Camille and Sherry; Caitlyn Byers (Katie Lambing).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Southwest Ohio and Anderson Hills Church.
