He was predeceased by: his father Charles Cusick; his wife Anne; his children, Mary Eileen and Brendan; and his siblings, Leo Cusick and Rita Wagner.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen Cusick (Jay Dunbar), Tim Cusick, Brian Cusick (Jamie), Norah Mock (Joe), Kevin Cusick and Patrick Cusick; his grandchildren, Kat Linker (Reid), Rachel Mock (Eric Kessler), Katharine Elliott (Spencer), Meredith Dolle (Ryan), Caroline (Justin Schlueter), Elizabeth and Mary Kate Cusick; his great grandchildren, Lily Linker, Isabel, Willow Elliott, Owen, Julianna and Brendan Dolle; and his siblings, Marie Zupnick, Isabel Malloy and Bob Cusick (Katherine). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Charles may be made to the Dr. Charles and Anne Cusick Biology Scholarship at Xavier University.
