He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Jackoby, Sr. and Elizabeth Ismael; his wife Nancy Jackoby; and his siblings, Henry Jackoby, Jr., Lillian Wells, Ruth Smith, Marcella Foster and Betty Lou Jackoby.

He is survived by: his brother-in-law Earl Lawson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
