With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charlie D. O'Connell in Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on August 26, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father John O'Connell; and his brother Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Elaine O'Connell; his children, Kathleen O'Connell, Michael O'Connell (Carolyn), Dan O'Connell (Shannon), Colleen Bush (Dave) and Tim O'Connell (Carrie); his grandchildren, Greg (Rachel), Clayton, Emilie, Eva, Alyson, Morgan, Chas, Johnny, Abby, Katie, Ava, Tyler, Reagan and Jason; and his sibling Connell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and close friends.
