She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Dearth and Louise Dearth (Holcomb); and her brother David Dearth. She is survived by: her children, Justin Moats (Rhonda) and Meghan Healey (Jody); her grandchildren, Hollis Moats, Autumn and Ember Healey; her siblings, Lorna Robbins (Dwight) and Dennis Dearth (Lisa); her aunt Carol Priest (Paul); her nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Melanie, Kayla, Hannah, Jacob and Ethan; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mekay, Liam and Dawson. She is also survived by other relatives and many dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution to any charity of choice would honor Cheryl's giving spirit.

“I'm so sorry to hear of Cheryl's passing. I knew her through Cornerstone but had lost touch. I'm often reminded of her though as I have several gifts she brought me from her travels. I also remember a story she shared about a woman she met in eastern Europe (Slovakia?) The woman was amazed by the ziplock bags Cheryl had brought to organize some of her things. Cheryl had such a sweet, generous spirit - she immediately gave the bags to the woman who broke down tears of gratitude! Marti Buttrill”
