She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer; her husband Len; her son-in-law Clint Berry; her siblings, Sue Kern (Rex), Mark Tate (Linda), Barry Tate and Kevin Tate; and her grandchildren, Ava Berry, Olivia Berry, Madison Berry and Carter Berry. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
