With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Christy Costa (Cincinnati, Ohio), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. In the vast expanse of eternity, Christy shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Christy farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Richard Costa; and her parents, Neva Haynes and Thomas Thaxton. She is survived by: her children, Kyle, Travis and Austin Costa; and her siblings, Lisa Berling and Daniel Thaxton.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fernbank Park (50 Thornton Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45233).
