He was predeceased by: his parents, George Howard and Myrtle Risner Howard; his wife Bertha Howard; his siblings, Georgia Lacy, Mary Wireman, Cassie Bailey, Jim Howard and Walter Howard; and his daughter Bobi Howard.
He is survived by: his children, Joyce Loukinas (Steve), Patty Morris (Doug), Sherry Saylor (Kenny) and William Howard (Michelle).
