She was predeceased by: her mother Christine Withrow; and her grandmother Donna. She is survived by: her fiancé Ryan M. Bishop; her children, Trey, Benjamen, Jasmine and Bethany Bishop; her sisters, Amanda Eudaly of Cincinnati, Melinda Williams of Georgia and Emily Eudaly of Lawenceburg, Indiana.; her father John P. Eudaly (Lisa) of Aurora; her grandparents, Carol Woodward (Jim) of Port St, John Eudaly Sr. of Terre Haute and Clarence Withrow; and her great-grandparents, Wanda Holmes (late Edward) and Betty Gabriell (late Jack). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
