She is survived by: her husband Richard Holmes; her mother Edna Elder (Walker); her mother-in-law Lillian Holmes (Walter); her children, Daniel Christopher Elder, Nathaniel Allen Elder, Lorrin Marie Edwards and Kristina Renee Holmes; her granddaughter LaToya Holmes; her sisters, Eve Marie Mayes (Derrick) of Cincinnati and Wendy Renee Elder of Houston, Texas; her grandchildren, Aleah Cornett, Trinity Elder, Asia Elder, Cameron Washington and Nate Lomax Jr.; her brothers-in-law, Walter Holmes Jr. of Fort Lauderdale and Andre Holmes; her aunts and uncles, Martha Elder, Lillie Moore (Clarence) of Inglewood, Mary Goodwin (Donald), Elder Eddie Charles Walker (Kathy) and Jerome Walker (Terri); her great-aunts, Ruth Dixon and Rebecca Grove; and her cousin Tomeca Goodwin.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Christ Emmanuel Christian Church (2324 May St, Cincinnati, OH 45206). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Spring Grove Cemetery - Lakeside Mausoleum (4521 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232).
