It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Lee Stevens of Cincinnati, Ohio, born in Covington, Kentucky, who passed away on January 11, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jean Purcell (McGraw) and Harry Purcell, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Nelson Nick Stevens of Cincinnati, OH; her children, Stephanie Blevins of Bridgetown, OH and Kristopher Stevens (Sarah) of Cincinnati, OH; her stepdaughter Rhonda Knue (Doug) of Mason, OH; her grandchildren, Morgan Case, Madison Case and Lindsey Blevins; her stepgrandchildren, Chloe Knue, Grant Knue and Tanner Knue; and her siblings, Cheryl Swanson (Reynold) of Mansfield, OH, David Purcell (Betty) of Birmingham, AL, John Purcell (Tina) of Warren, IN and Michael Purcell (Suzanne) of South Carolina. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews other family members and friends.
