He is survived by: his wife Mary Hanson; his child Chris Hanson (Kelleen); his granddaughter Evelyn Faye Hanson; his sisters-in-law, Linda Hanson and Judi Knecht; his goddaughter Alicia Hanson; and his stepsiblings, Jackie Saxer (Bob), Mark Knecht (Shari) and Matt Knecht (Bev). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
