He was predeceased by: his wife Shawna Burt; his parents, Earl Burt and Mary Burt; and his siblings, Kenny Powell, Elaine Law, Jack Burt and Scott Raisor.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Lanpheare (Matt) and Daniel Burt (Jessica); and his grandchildren, Shelby Lanpheare, Brooke, Danica, Caiden and Ethan Burt.
