With sadness, we share the passing of Dan E. Huss (Cincinnati, Ohio). Dan, born on January 5, 1940, passed away on September 18, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Huss and Lorine Kraus Huss; and his brother Jerry Maxwell Huss. He is survived by: his wife Martha "Marti"; his children, Kelly Fries (Carl), John Huss (Paula) and Kathy Noland (Joshua); his grandchildren, Bryan Fries (Hillary), Jonathan Fries (Brittany), Lorine Carlson (Erik), Anthony Fries (Abigail), Max Huss (Ashley), Gina Huss, Drew Huss, JJ Noland, Sam Noland and Ellie Noland; and his great grandchildren, Caroline, Judah, Lillian, Felicity, Oaklen, Ophelia, Tallulah, Caleb, Eliza Fries, Everett Carlson and Cadence Huss.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 30th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Charles C. Young Funeral Home (4032 Hamilton Cleves Rd, Ross, OH 45014). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Trinity Lutheran Church (5921 Springdale Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45247).
