She is survived by: her husband Dustin J. Clark; her children, Anthony Barrett of Independence, Devon, Logan and Maverick Clark of Cincinnati, Ohio.; her sibling Chandler Barrett of Cincinnati; and her grandfather Gerald Stanley.
