He was predeceased by: his parents, William Oliver and Ruth Oliver; and his brother Jeff Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Yvonne; his children, Emily Scroggins (Nate) and Eric Oliver; and his sisters, Gwen Thomas and Lisa Barnhart.
