The passing of Dave Parker (Cincinnati, Ohio) leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 27, 2025 at the age of 74. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dannie Mae and Richard Parker; his siblings, Dorothy Reid, Richard Parker, Jr. and Bessie Parker; and his grandchildren, Christian Scott and Carlos Harley, Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Kellye; his children, Danielle Parker, David Parker II, Dorian Parker, Carita Harley, Davida Scott and James Daniel; and his brothers, James and Lonnie Parker. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

He battled Parkinson's disease for more than a decade. He founded the Dave Parker39 Foundation to raise awareness and establish a Parkinson Patient Care Fund at the University of Cincinnati Gardner Neuroscience Institute.

“Dave Parker was our hero in cumminsville as a kid we looked up today and we played the sport because the way he played it he took care of us when he came home on the off season and we used to Shag balls for him over at Garfield Elementary School in cumminsville he was a mentor to all of us in cumminsville Phil Brown thank you rest in peace Big Dave”
