We announce the death of David Edward Butts (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on September 2, 2026, at the age of 85. David will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Butts and Isabelle Butts; and his brothers, Bill Butts (Margaret) and Don. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Butts; his children, Deb Henke (Russ), Jim Butts (Pam), Ryan Henke (Samantha), Katie Ferguson (Scott), Kyle Butts (Kate), Maddy McCarthy (Carson) and Scott Henke; and his great grandchild William Henke. He is also survived by his family, his many friends.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Twin Lakes Chapel (9840 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45242).
