He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clifford Forest and Judith Forest; his wife Renee; his children, Cassie, Chelsea (Cody), Parker (Lacey), Savannah, Grace, Gpa, Isabella, Lucas, Emerson and Charlie; and his siblings, Angie (Mike), Teresa (Jay), Michelle (Jay) and Mike (Stephanie). He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the UC Brain Tumor Center's "Walk Ahead for Brain Tumor Discoveries" under Team Brain Forest/Team Renee, in memory of his beloved wife, Renee.
