He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Meadows and Mary Ellen Meadows. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Meadows; his son David Michael Meadows; his sister Linda Lee Mills (Kevin); and his stepdaughter Amanda Fogle (Bob).
