DiMuzio (Kourtney) and Samantha Blake (Samuel); his siblings, William Lakamp and Jean Hetzer (Ken); his sibling-in-law Jerry Russell; his close friend Ranger; and his nieces and nephews, Jay, Mark Russell, Claudia Waller and Libby Hassenpflug.
