He was predeceased by: his parents, Burl Lykins and Blanche Lykins; and his brother Rex. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his sons, Ben (Pam), Brian (Tiffany), Luke (Kelsey) and Jake; his grandchildren, Logan, Emma, Hayden and Lainey; his brothers, Stanley (Kathy) and Arthur (Leilani); and his siblings-in-law, Carol Sweeney (Steve), Fred Schmidt (Pat), Jim Schmidt, Cathy Schmidt, Barb Zeiser (Joe), Elaine Kroger and Joanne Schmidt.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions - West Side Chapel (3300 Parkcrest Ln, Cincinnati, OH 45211). A memorial service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Newcomer - West Side Chapel (3300 Parkcrest Ln, Cincinnati, OH 45211).
