He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Miller (Spaulding); his children, Robert Miller (Kelli), Whitney Eversole (Wes) and Samantha Salley (Tim); and his siblings, Mark Miller (Pam), Tim Miller, Cindy Miller and Chrissy Kallay (Jason).
