He was predeceased by: his parents, Ercola J. Polisini and Della Jane Polisini (Wilson); and his siblings, James Polisini (Jeanne) and Marie Achberger (Earl). He is survived by: his daughters, Toni Glinsek (Josh), Susan Copelin (Chris Bell), Elizabeth Lasita (Larry), Jenefer Fannon and Amy Tennent (Andy); his grandchildren, Jordan Glinsek, Drew Glinsek, Kirby Copelin, Tyler Copelin, Kailey Copelin, Spencer Copelin, Zachary Milam (Megan), Shelbie Milam, Ryan Lasita, Logan Fannon, Paxton Fannon, Blake Tennent and Brooke Tennent; his great grandchildren, Charlie Milam, Carter Milam and Cody Milam; and his brother Larry Polisini (Loretta).
