He is survived by: his children, David Roark, Jr. (Dawn), Lisa Bryant (Chris), Michele Connett (Shawn) and LeeAnn Michalek (George); his grandchildren, Meghan, Patrick, Evan, Doug, Dylan, Matthew, Jessica of Alicia, TJ, Samantha, Allen, Tonya, Sonya, Ronnie, Tracy, Rachel, Kay, Sonny and Dawn; and his great grandchildren, Tenley, Everley, Nolan, Amelia, Lucas and William. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
