He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harm and Ella Mae Jennings Scott. He is survived by: his wife Erma Hill Scott; his daughters, Tracy Williamson (Stephen) of Amelia, OH and Holly Manning (Jason) of Moscow, OH; his sister Betty Sue Planck of Norwood, OH; and his grandchildren, Koryn Paige, Bryce, Sidney, Shayne and Hayley.
