He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther Smith (Larson) and Dawson Hall Smith. He is survived by: his wife Tamara; his sons, Tyler (Kaycee) and Zach (Mary); his brother Randy; his mother-in-law Mary Louise Behrhorst (Wallace); and his sisters-in-law, Marya McCrae, Stephanie Luessenhop (Providence) and Valerie Luessenhop. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, and numerous extended family.
