She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Lee and Margaret Fann; her husband Edward Dukes; her brothers, Charles Fann (Maryanne) and Donald Fann (Carla); her siblings' children, Michael Basey, Darryl Erkins, Robert Lee Fann Jr., Howard Scott Fann, Charles Fann II, Rachel Hope Fann, Abigail Lynn Rae Fann, Garrett Fann, Cymone Langenkamp, Marcellus Fann, Jordan Fann, Jaxon Fann, Yvonne Housley, Antwan Housley, Darrien Fann, Charles Spivey Jr., Dawnn Fann, Dana Fann, April Fann and Latosha Fann; Robert Lee Fann. She was also cherished by other family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Crucifixion Baptist Church (1801 Greenup St, Covington, KY 41011).
