She is survived by: her sons, Jon Adams (Danica) and Brad Adams (Tracy Henkel); her mother Elaine Blum; her grandchildren, Taylor, Jon, Honor Adams, Lukas Wilson, Carlie and Colton Henkel; her siblings, Becky Baute (Norb), Tina Caudill (Mark) and John Blum; and her extended family, Paul Stephens, Ashley Shaffer (Jason) and Sunny. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, greatnieces, and greatnephews.
