She is survived by: her husband David Barlow; her siblings, Donald Helton and Diana Helton; and her siblings' children, Donald Jr., Eric, Sara, Beth, Savannah, Arabella, Presley, Gracey and Maverik.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Paul R. Young Funeral Home (7345 Hamilton Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45231). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society and well as Hospice of Cincinnati.
