She is survived by: her children, Phillip Penn, Jr. (Joy), Darice Williams (Mark), Bobby White (LaVon), Nancy Murphy (Patrick), Adoniyah Yisrael (Sharon), Charnchia Diallo (Derrick Martin) and Mickea'la Blake; and her siblings, Eugene Stredrick, Jr. (Cynthia), Patricia Lynn Jackson, Deborah McDonald and Omie Gilbert (Derrick). She is also survived by 28 grand-children and 29 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, dear friends.
