It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delores R. Owens of Cincinnati, Ohio, who passed away on September 2, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Roberts and Elizabeth Roberts; her siblings, Mattie Lathan, Sandra Burge and Johnny "Butchie" Roberts; her parents-in-law, Corrine and Scott Owens; and her sister-in-law Debbie Owens.
She is survived by: her daughters, DeAnna Nelson (Jerome) and Keisha Palmer (Gerald); her grandchildren, Jaren Burge, Harper Palmer, Jaida Nelson and Jade Nelson; her husband Scott White Owens; her siblings, Rochelle Simpson (Tony), Mark Roberts and Ricky Roberts; and her sister-in-law Bonita "Bonnie" Owens. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
