He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tinney and Mary Tinney. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his siblings, Ken Wallace (Cris), Steve Wallace, Bruce Wallace (Michelle) and Mary George (Lee); and his nieces and nephews, Angie, Chris, Sara, Amanda, Eli, Dylan, Alex, Nick and Rachel.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Radel Funeral Home (650 Neeb Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45233). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Arlington Cemetery (8710 Neptune Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45231).
