He is survived by: his children, Debbie L. Haag, Christina Mears, Carol S. Murray, Daniel C. Billingsley and Donald L. Billingsley. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 1:15 PM at the Rominger Funeral Home Chapel (402 Richmond Rd, Manchester, KY 40962). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
