He is survived by: his wife Evva Friason Turpeau; his daughters, Debra Turpeau (Taunya Boileau), Selma Buford, Connie Turpeau (Rossman Turpeau III) and Barbara Gunn; his brother Aaron Turpeau (Brenda) of Atlanta; his nephews, Dr. Aaron Turpeau Jr., Michel Turpeau and Todd Jackson; his niece Dr. Alem Turpeau; and his stepdaughters, Evetta and Evitta. He is also survived by 13 grand-children, 13 great-grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
