She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Waters and Anelda Waters; her son Bob Howell (Ella); her grandchild Jessi Goldenstein (Leonard); and her brother David Waters (Mary).
She is survived by: her husband Robert Lee Howell; her son Bruce Howell (Darnell); her grandchildren, Joey Sprague (Carrie), Jenni Donnelly (David), Jonny Howell (Amy), Josh Howell (Julia) and Jillian Sprague (Chris); her great grandchildren, Cameron, Emma, Andrew, Jadon, Luke, Liam, Corbin, Avery, Theo, Charlee, Brody, Easton and Edward; and her siblings, Mike Waters (Betty) and Judy Gresham. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren.
