She was predeceased by: her son Matthew Simpson; and her parents, Lowell Ray McKenzie and Evelyn Ilene McKenzie. She is survived by: her daughter Meghan Cooper (Deryck); her granddaughters, Grace and Evelyn Cooper; her sister Elaine Goetz (Greg); her nephew Kyle Goetz (Alison); and her great-niece Carmen Goetz.
